Together for
a sustainable future
Our Identity
Energy Transition Solutions SICAV, a.s. (ETS SICAV) is an Open Fund for Qualified Investors (QIF), established in line with the regulations of the Czech Republic as a «joint stock company with variable capital». ETS SICAV was created to raise financial resources from qualified investors with the aim of making strategic investments that promote and support the energy and digital transition and social sustainability.
The Fund complies with Act No. 240/2013 Sb, on companies and investment funds, and is legally equivalent to an alternative investment fund established pursuant to Directive 2011/61/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council (AIFMD). This structure offers investors a robust and regulated vehicle to contribute to a more sustainable future.
Investment Objectives
ETS SICAV pursues concrete objectives of transformation and sustainability, through:
ETS SICAV invests to transform traditional companies, helping them reduce their dependence on fossil fuels and invest in renewable energy plants. Through offsetting tools, it supports these companies to improve their environmental impact, following the guidelines of the COP28 Dubai model.

ETS SICAV also invests in initiatives that enable small and medium-sized companies, which may not immediately comply with ESG parameters, to move closer to ESG compliance. A dedicated SICAV vehicle provides them with financial tools for immediate and progressive alignment.

ETS SICAV dedicates part of its profits to philanthropic initiatives, helping to promote projects that have a positive social impact.

ETS SICAV invests directly in renewable energy projects, such as photovoltaic and wind, on behalf of its investors. Capital is also made available to “old economy” companies in the form of guarantees to optimize their financial structures and facilitate investments in the energy transition.
Excess liquidity is invested in Eurozone sovereign bonds with a maturity of less than 12 months, providing stability and security to the fund. ETS SICAV's main reference markets are Italy, Spain, Austria and Romania, where it is planned to open branches to directly support activities in these areas.

QIFs, including ETS SICAV, are subject to rigorous institutional controls by the Supervisory Authorities and therefore must have internal control systems to ensure transparency and integrity in management, just like any financial institution.
